QAYG Applique Fall Blocks
Quilt creation is such a fun and creative way to use up left over fabrics in your fabric stash. I used synthetic suede with both plain and printed cotton to create these blocks. Each block is done in applique, even the frame of the block are appliqued. I opted to use a blanket stitch for the applique so these blocks have a low stitch count and stitch out really quickly so you could probably make a weekend quilt. Each block is lined and quilted in the hoop making these those favourite Quilt As You Go blocks. Put them together with sashing to finish your quilt. Please check the stitch chart for each designs finished size. There are 12 blocks in this quilt set and each block comes in 4 different sizes.
