How are Designs Delivered?
All our designs at Embroidery Weekly can be downloaded after purchase. That means you can get your embroidery designs and start sewing anytime!
We do not send any orders through the mail; we do not make disks, cds or USB drives.
All our designs are digital. We DO NOT sell the finished product.
When you have purchased a design, you can download the files from your embroidery account.

You will also be sent the download links in an email to the e-mail address you gave when placing the order. Be sure to check your e-mail address for typos when placing your order.

Refunds
As embroidery designs are digital products, they cannot be returned or refunded. Transactions are final when you click the “Complete Order” button, and changes to orders generally cannot be made.
However, there are some exceptions:
Should a duplicate item be purchased, then a design exchange or voucher may be available within 1 month of purchase, this will be done at our discretion.
If a design file is damaged, we will replace the file, within 1 month of purchasing the design. Should you resize the designs, edit them or change formats, these changes are done at your own risk. Any changes to the designs can cause them not to stitch out correctly. We will NOT replace the design files or issue a voucher.
