Invited for dinner? Want to give a nice bottle of wine but hate wrapping bottles? Here is the solution. These fun and easy to make wine bottle cozies are the perfect way to cover a bottle of wine. The bottle cozy is made of 3 pieces. Each piece is made and line in the hoop. The base is machine sewed on using a zig-zag stitch. I sewed on a piece of lace over the join in the middle, but you could use rik-rak, ribbon or even sequins or string beads. The cozy is laced up at the back. There are 3 different cozies, one for red wine, one for white wine and one for rose wine. I have also included the blanks for each cozy so you can personalize it by adding a name, message, date, monogram or an embroidery picture from your library. Use different print fabrics to create a wine bottle cozy for any season, special event, occasion or holiday. This is such a versatile set, it is a must have for any embroiderer.
