The Quilted Christmas Cardinal Table Topper is an attractive octagon design. Each piece is done In The Hoop using the Flip And Sew Technique. The Cardinal is done in the Applique Technique. The Holly and Pine Cones are machine embroidered. There is also some quilting done .
