If you love gingerbread as much as I do, then this Gingerbread Table Runner is a must have for Christmas. This table runner is a quick and easy project to make, and using Christmas print fabrics, really makes this table runner pop.
The gingerbread blocks are done in applique, and uses a satin cover stitch. I used metallic threads for some of the detail just to add some sparkle.
The peppermint candy star blocks are also done in applique, but a feather cover stitch is used to give that finishing country charm.
The blocks are all made in the hoop. The finishing of the Gingerbread Table Runner is done with a sewing machine.
