Shadow Trapunto Centre Piece 1
We have combined 2 embroidery techniques namely, Shadow Work and Trapunto to create an interesting centre piece. The Shadow Work has a soft and sheer effect and the Trapunto gives the necessary “puffiness”! Combined they are beautiful and not at all difficult to do. I used the 5”x5” pieces to create a centre piece for a particular size table top. You can make your “centre piece” wider or longer by adding in more design pieces.
Done for the 5″x5″, 6″x6″ and 7″x7″ hoops
