ITH Summer Towel Topper
A pretty, summery towel topper to make for either your bathroom or kitchen. The Topper and Strap are each made In The Hoop. I will also show you how to make the customized towel to fit the topper. However you can use a ready-made towel and using my measurements, make it fit. A neat project for odd pieces of fabric and lace to add some cheer and colour.
