Vintage Backstitch Flowers and Swirls
Delicate, light and airy. These designs are done in traditional backstitch outlines and filled with shaded openwork fills to create that delicate and airy feel. Perfect for clothing and home decor projects. I used these designs on a pair of bermuda shorts I was making in white denim. I used the larger design to finish off the tops of the pocket areas on the front of the shorts and I chose a medium design to embellish the pockets. This is a mixed size design set. Designs vary in sizes, the smallest fitting a 4″x 4″ hoop and the largest fitting a 6″x 6″hoop. Please have a look at the stitch chart for design sizes.
