I have placed my order, How do I get my designs?

Once your order is processed and payment is received, you will be sent an e-mail saying that you can download your designs. Your downloads are in your account. Please login and go to the downloads section to see your downloadable designs. We have limited the number of downloads per product. You can download your purchased design 5 times. Please save your designs to a flash drive or onto you computer. Computers do crash, so please do keep a backup of your designs. Should you need to download your designs after you have reached your download limit, please contact us. Resetting your download limit will be at the discretion of Embroidery Weekly.

 

I have ordered the incorrect format. Now what?

When you place your order, please check that you have selected the correct format. Format exchanges will be at the discretion of EmbWeekly.

 

My Ordered Designs aren’t showing in my account?

First check that the payment has gone through with PayPal. If it has, please contact me

 

Design Sizes

Hoop sizes are shown on the pages of each design in the “additional information” tab. To get the designs actual sizes, please have a look at the stitch charts on the “information” tab under each design.

How do I remove a product from the cart?

There is a cross on the right side of the product in the cart. Just click it to remove the product from the cart.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds as our designs are digital files. Once the files are downloaded, the order is completed. Should there be a problem with the design or the design file, we will replace the design file.
