Halloween is always a fun time of the year and having novel ways to hand out candy, just adds to the enjoyment of “Trick or Treating”. These super cute bat treat cones are really easy to make. These don’t have to be used just for halloween , but also fun themed birthday parties too.
This cut bat treat cone comes in 3 sizes:
Done for the 5×7, 6×10 and 7×11 hoops.

Each bat treat cone is done in two hoopings. I have put both wings for each bat into one hooping and the bat cone into another. Each cone uses minimal fabrics. They stitch out really quickly too. There is NO extra stitching for these. Just lace up the cone with colorful ribbon and use some hot glue to glue on the wings. All that’s left to do is fill them with candy. I put candy into small packets and put a packet into each cone.

I used Madeira MSA 1100 Temporary Spray Adhesive. It disappears within two days leaving no sticky residue on the fabric.
